A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours for the configuration in the guide. We supply a charger suited to the destination country's power standards; confirm your local voltage and plug type when ordering.
Yes. Battery replacement typically takes around 30 minutes. Contact our technical team for the procedure for your model and configuration.
The vehicles use a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery. The battery management system provides overheat and overload protection, and charging stops when the battery is full. Confirm the battery capacity for your selected model.
Yes. A three-speed dashboard knob controls the speed setting. The maximum speed for each setting can be configured at the factory to suit your operating requirements.
Yes. Reverse is selected using the control buttons on the dashboard.
The guide specifies 8-inch wheels with 15-inch turf tires for indoor drifting or 16-inch knobby tires for outdoor use. The 15-inch turf tire is recommended for polished concrete or epoxy flooring. Confirm the tire setup for your venue.
A seat belt and three-speed dashboard control are standard. An emergency power-off button is not included in the standard configuration. An optional controller supports setting vehicle runtime through a mobile app; discuss any remote-stop requirements with our team.

964 models are packed fully assembled. GT3 models require the body shell to be reassembled after unpacking because of the wider body. An assembly video is provided for reference.
Vehicles and accessories are secured in wooden crates with protective padding. Wheels do not need to be removed for full-container shipments under the packing arrangement described in the guide.
